We do not store credit or debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties, unless it is for the purpose of delivering the product or service you have purchased. 4.1 ‘One working day access’ order
To enable your order to be completed successfully and your training account to be setup, your name, email address and telephone number will be stored and passed to the supplier of the products that you purchase. This information is used for the purpose of enrolling you on the course/s you have purchased, emailing you your access details and providing any required tutor support. We are not responsible for the actions of the product supplier in relation to data protection, however we have viewed their privacy policy to ensure compliance with GDPR legislation.
4.2 ‘Immediate access’ order
To enable your order to be completed successfully and your training account to be setup, your name, email address and telephone number are stored securely by us. Your name and email address are used for the purpose of setting up your training account, enrolling you on the course/s you have purchased, emailing you your enrolment details, providing tutor support and maintaining your training records. Your telephone number is only used for the purpose of contacting you regarding your purchase or providing support.
4.3 Awarding organisation accredited courses
If you are undertaking an online course accredited by an awarding organisation, we are required to collect additional personal information for the course provider, in the form of date of birth and address. This is to enable the course provider to apply for your certificate from the awarding organisation and is not used for any other purpose.
4.4 Information requested
4.4.1 To provide you with information that you request relating to our products or services we will securely store your name, email address and telephone number. Your information will be deleted three months after your engagement with us ceases, unless you become a customer.
4.4.2 To send our monthly e-newsletter we will store your name, email address and company, but only when you have consented to receive the newsletter.
4.5 Contractual commitments
To enable us to meet our contractual commitments to you.
4.6 For accounting purposes
To enable us to maintain accounting records as required by law.
4.7 Direct debit account holders
To process automated payments by direct debit we use a third party, Stripe and Paypal, to collect payments. In setting up a direct debit account with Stripe and Paypal you agree to their terms and conditions and privacy policy, which is clearly available to you when you complete the setup form.
